RBB to have its first runner

Rizzo's Best Bets will have its first ever runner today when the Barry Baldwin trained "Astrolon" takes to the turf this afternoon at Ipswich.

The promising filly has shown a turn of foot and the 800m trip today should be ok, but maybe a little short.

Wearing the famous Shelly Hancox colors once worn by "Belong To Many" the owners are hopeful that our girl will show a lot of promise.

Astrolon was also nominated to run in a listed race on Saturday but will be scratched from that to run today.

Astrolon was set to be spelled after her first trial, however due to such a promising race, Barry has decided to continue on with her preparation.

Exciting things are expected in the future.
